The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). The GDPR’s primary aim is to give individuals control over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.

Objective

The aim of the collection of data on the Valuein website is to set up a data management file or our prospects, clients and candidates. This file is used and optimized for statistics purposes and to contact to suggest relevant contents. The aim of our forms are to express a contact request, resource request (whitepaper, infographic…), event registration, webinar registration or newsletter registration…

If a user send a CV or a spontaneous application, we will use this data for recruitment purposes.

Lawfulness of processing and conditions applicable to consent (Art 6 and 7 du GDPR)

Consent for the processing of a visitor’s personal data is systematically obtained for one or more specific purposes. For example, when entering a newsletter registration form or downloading a white paper or an infographic, the purpose of obtaining the visitor’s email address is to send him a notification when new publications are released or to suggest resources that may be of interest to him. When submitting an application, obtaining the postal address, phone and email address of the candidate is intended to make contact either by email, phone or post.

Data Retention

The data collected on the valuein.fr site is kept for a maximum period of 36 months after the person’s last interaction with Valuein. At the end of this period, all data relating to the person will be automatically deleted.

Right of People

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, any person can exercise their right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, deletion and portability of data concerning them by making a request by e -mail to info@valuein.fr

Valuein undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the data collected, and to implement all the appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve their security and integrity, in particular against accidental loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorized access.

The data collected on the site https://www.valuein.fr/ as well as through our provider HubSpot and the associated processing, are hosted by the company HubSpot. Only persons linked to the technical, marketing, communication, commercial and HR department of the company Valuein and its service provider HubSpot have access to the information collected on the site https://www.valuein.fr/en.
